Due to sanitary and hygienic nature of our products, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Federal law prohibits the return of personal hygiene products that have been opened, used, or altered. According to this Law, ALL SALES OF EMBRACE LASHES PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Once opened and removed from the lash tray, the lashes cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS or REFUNDS.
If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us.
If the error is our fault - do not worry, you may return new, unopened, and unused items and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.
We do our best to inspect all products before we ship them, so when you receive your package, please inspect your lashes thoroughly. Check the style, and length matches exactly what you ordered before trying them on.
Used lashes cannot be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US
After you have read the above, and you meet the return requirements please email us at email@example.com requesting instructions on how to return an item. Please make sure to include your order number on the subject line for faster service.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
