What is your shipping policy?

We are so glad you shopped with us! Once you complete your order on our site, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. 

We work quickly and carefully to prepare and ship your order. Please allow us 2 - 3 business days to process your order, most orders ship same day.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. All tracking numbers are sent to the email address used to place an order(s).

Please follow the tracking instructions provided in the shipping confirmation email to check the delivery status.

There may be additional delays due to postal service delivery, please be patient during this time as we have no control over this circumstance.

Preferred couriers: UPS * FedEx * DHL * USPS

Shipping cost will vary depending on delivery address, here are some shipping estimates: 

USPS First Class (5-7 Business Days): $5.99

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days): $12.99

FedEx International Economy 5-7 business days: Rate based on delivery address

FedEx International Priority 3-5 business days: Rate based on delivery address

FedEx Overnighted 1-2 business days: Rate based on delivery address

DHL PARCEL DIRECT 10-15 business days: Rate based on delivery address

Note that the time in transit does not include the time that Customs takes to release the order. Shipping cost will vary depending on delivery address in some instances. Generally, most packages are delivered within 3 - 5 business days.

 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? 

Embrace Lashes is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for lost/stolen packages. We typically ship via UPS/United States Post Service (USPS) / FedEx or DHL and all packages come with a tracking number and may require signature for your protection.

You can check the status of your package via the shipping confirmation email or the courier's website and enter your tracking number. The couriers site provides a live update of your package while it’s in transit.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local post office or shipping center via the courier website.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. 

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected, please reference the above chart for additional information. USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

FedEx Smart Post is required for all deliveries at military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped.

Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Embrace Lashes is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of courier materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

 

Can I refuse my package?

 In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
