What is your return policy?
We are certain you will love our products, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied - you may return them for a full refund minus shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 14 days upon receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
If you experience an item to be defective, please email us indicating your name, order number, and issue with your item(s). We may require images for assessment. If the product is deemed defective by us, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement of the same item if available.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees required for the return if not the responsibility of Embrace Lashes.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at shopembracelashes@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include the order#, the product(s) that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
We will review your request and let you know if your return is approved or denied. If a return is granted, we will send you a RMF (return of merchandise form) outlining the next steps for sending the merchandise back to us.
**We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we deem there is a pattern of abuse of our policies.**
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting your item(s), we will issue a refund immediately. You will receive an email from us confirming the processed refund. We suggest you provide us with a tracking number for your return package so we can anticipate your return. Please note that it may take 7 to 10 business days for your refund to appear on the original form of payment.
Do you offer exchanges?
Due to the hygiene and sanitary nature of our products, unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at this time. However, we are always making changes to enhance your shopping experience - so check back soon.
